they seemed to be unresponsive to e-mail. i did not purchase from them because of that. thats all i can add...

They are in the Tampa Bay area, and so am I.

I bought a fresh lot of 50 nerite, 50 nassarius, 50 cerith and 20 turbos last week. I had also ordered and paid for a sally lightfoot, but they were out and promptly refunded my payment for the crab. They were very timely and responsive for me. I will certainly buy from them again.

Rock bottom prices on inverts...

I recently purchased $200 worth of inverts and was very happy; everything arrived alive and healthy. I was very impressed with how well the order was packaged.

They responded promptly through email, and they answered the phone on the first ring to answer some of my questions.

I will order from them again with out hesitation.

I bought a large frag pack form them and what I received was not correct nor even close to the amount. I called them spoke too the wife she gave me a hard time after 2 months 200 plus pics and them finding out my wife was going to work for the FBI in Tampa they finally returned my money...

I ordered from them a while back and received my order in full and everything was alive. My only complaint was that the majority of the snails that I received were extremely small. Not exactly how they are pictured on the website. It's about what I would expect for the price that I paid
