Sea hare question with GHA

Sea Hare
Hey all I am a newbie. but a student of reef for 4 months now...to the point, I have a bit of GHA and tried water changes, make the light time shorter, good flow, use RO/DI water only, and taking it out of the tank with hands, also have a clean up crew 15 BL hermit crabs and 30 snails...So I added a sea hare to attach the GHA. He has moved very little in 3 days now, also I can see a sack on his back in between his two holes. The sack is inside but I can just barley see it. Is this normal or is he sick/stressed? I know they can ink but he has not done this. My water is good, no ammonia/ nitrites. Nitrates at 3 maybe 4, phosphate zero. PH-8.30 controlled by reef keeper 2.

Tank set up:

Note- the two tanks all run to the same 20 gal sump.

tank one-55 gal bow front with 75lbs live rock 2 inch sand bed with 3 power heads (2 1200 maxi-jet, 1 600 maxi-jet) and renax 3 box filter with carbon and ceramic rings. all overflows to a 20 gal sump, water drain into sock then over to skimmer then back to mag 5 pump connected to squid. 36 inch 50/50 Coralight light. ATO system also.

Tank two

30 gallon with 45lbs live rock, 4 inch sand bed, 3 power heads (1 1200 maxi-jet, 1 600 maxi-jet, 1 karola magnetic power head. small bio wheel filter to be ready for a sick tank if needed at any point. Overflows to 20 gallon sump, sock, skimmer then pump back. 175 watt MH on ice cap ballast, 2 96 watt antics, 4 moon lights. About 80-85 gallons in all.

Fish/inverts-
clown, 3 damsels, algae blenny, yellow tang, and now sea hare.
Kenya tree also. All fish and Kenya tree look good but still have GHA and sea hare not moving much. awww give me your two cents and let me know if you need more info.

I originally posted in calm place, sorry. Also, i floated the bag for 1/2 hour then added 1/4 cup of tank water to bag every 10 min 3 times. Then took bag out and slowly drained water into bucket and hare was over net so no LFS water entered system. I bought him at LFS 1/2 hour away.
