Flat Worms

I recently added some liverock rubble to my fuge and now I'm seeing what I believe to be a few Red Planaria flatworms.

What should I do about them? Are they guaranteed to become a problem?

na same thing happened tp me I started bugging out trying to get rid of the ones i could see try these links
