Red Emerald Crab

Is that even possible? I havent found anything online about them being red but i have one and he's pretty aggressive as in he comes after my fingers if they are in the tank tryin to roll off a stray algae bubble.

I'm not 100% sure on red, but I have seen quite pretty blue emerald crabs. I've never seen one that was aggressive toward people though! A close inspection of his claws should tell you whether or not he's like an emerald crab, or if he's more like meat hooks with legs.

Probably a red mithrax. Related but not an emerald. They're common hitchikers.

Thats it! its deffinetely a Ruby Crab. They sold it to me as an Emerald Crab. i was like sweet. Im not sure how an emerald crab could be emerald red but cool. ha..
