36" current USA sunpod
I have a chance to pick up a 36" current USA 2x250w hqi sunpod for $150 from a friend. It's about 6 months old.
Good deal or not??

It's been used for about 5-6ish months so I'd say the bulbs still have some life in them.

Yeah, it's actually in use right now but he's going to a bigger tank and has no use for the light anymore. I've looked around for reviews on it and haven't found a whole lot but what I did find seemed to be good. I just wanted to get a general consensus on whether these are decent fixtures. I'm gonna pick it up tomorrow.

Yeah, I paid $300 for a used 30' 250 about the same age, and I thought mine was a good deal. I would buy it even if i didn't need it...

A Current 2 x 250 watt HQI light for $150 - that is a steal. You should grab that right away.

Wow, I have been looking to upgrade my lighting and was wanting to buy one of these, but i don't want to have to pay the regular 550$ for it. You are lucky, if I were you I would grab it right away too, before he realizes he can sell it on Ebay for a lot more

I have two 24" 250w sunpods and I am very happy with them. I've had them for almost a year now.
