calcium reactor ph probe holder ???

I have a schuran and an aquaC Calcium reactor. The problem is that both my pinpoint and lab grade ph probe will not fit into the reactor probe holder hole. both reactors are new.
Do I need to drill the holes in order for the probe to fit in, or do are is it suppose to fit right outta the box??

since no one knew how to help me, I'll post here to help others just in case they may come across the same problem.

PH probes come in differenct sizes. I didn't know that, maybe it's just me.
