Has any one ordered from these guys before, if so, what are thoughts or other recommendations?

I've never ordered from either but a friend has bought the FLR before. He loved it and I couldn't believe the amount of stuff on it. The amount of hitchikers was his only complaint.

My LFS use to get rock from Gulf-Veiw and he goes out and gets it the day you order it so theres very little die off and full of life. Ive also talked to him in the past great guy to deal with
