adding rock and corals need advice

well i have been given a 30g reef with coral fish and live rock to add to my tank how do i do this well really how do i add the rock without causing a cycle I know I just acclimate the fish and coral

Is the rock in water, and has it remained in water? If it has stayed in water and not been let to sit out. You should be able to add it right in. I assume this is going in your 75? How much rock do you have in there now, and how much did you get.

There may still be a MINI cycle, and you may never notice it. If you are worried you could put all the new rock you just got into a bucket, with a PH and a heater, and add one rock at a time to the main tank, about a week apart.

yes the 30 is still up and running so it will just be a swap from one to the other what about the corals that are on rocks can I just through the rock in or do I need to acclimate the coral first

You should be fine just dropping them in, as long as your 75 is established and the params are ok for corals.
