24" T5's or PC's

I'm looking for an inexpensive light for a 20 gallon project tank. I'm not looking for anything high-end, just something VERY reasonable to get the job done. If you've got something lying around that you think fits that description then I'd love to hear about it.

I've got a 24" with one dead ballast. Other bulb still works.
