Sea hare owners-how well do they eat HA?

Also do they represent any kind of a threat to anything else in the tank? What do you feed them when the HA is gone?
Thanks

What species of sea hare? There are about 30 of them- all with different diets.

They don't pose a threat to anything else in the tank unless you let them rot. That's a whole lot of flesh and the larger species can foul the water very quickly.

And before someone jumps in and says they produce toxic ink- no. The ink is a soup of amino acids and is non-toxic.

Current Tank Info: tore them down to move and haven't had the time or money to set them back up

In the interest of keeping frags where they belong, which would be the smallest, or where can I find that info out?
