mysterious illness

My new Kole Tang was doing fine and suddenly she had white film peeling off then dies. She has been in quarantine for a week and the percula clown with her shows no sign. I am deeply upset and have no idea what has happened. Please HELP!!!!!!

Did you or do you have any type of medication running? What are the water parameters in the qt?

It is hard to say what it is but sounds nasty.

Though I haven't a clue what you may have I do suggest posting this in the fish section of the website.

But to try to help, you say white pieces are peeling off her body... where are they peeling off (eyes, main bosy, fins) and in how big of pieces?

Read up on Brookynella Hostillis and see if the symptoms match up. If it does then your clown is in big trouble.
