wot can i keep in 14 gallon tank?

What corals would depend on what lights you have/will have. You could have a few fish suitable for nano tanks. Some snails for a cleanup crew and perhaps some shrimp.

You can keep almost any type of coral with the right lights and stuff. Fish is very limited as too what you can keep.
