How to prep for sale?

Greetings,

I have a 95 gallon wave front tank that I am going to sell. What is the best way to prep everything for said sale? Should I get all the rock and sand out or leave it? What about my wet/dry and refugium system? What works to clean everything?

I appreciate the input!

Vinegar works great for cleaning up aquariums, makes it easy to remove coraline and that "white crud" that builds up in places. As for rock and sand, you can put the sand in a 5 gallon bucket, the rocks in a tub or trashcan that you can fill back up with water and put a power head in to keep the water circulating until you sell it off.
