looking for a good skimmer
I am setting up a 120 tech that will be about 80% sps and 20% lps. I will have a heavy fish load too. I have been out of the hobby for about 2 years and there are many new products available.
I would also like to know how effective the bubble plates are. I wonder if there is a reason that deltec does not have a model with the bubble plate. So far I have narrowed my search down to the following. I would like to have a larger skimmer than I really need so that I can skim as much as possible. I am currently leaning towards the deltec. Bubble King mini 200 Deltec APF 600 Reeflo orca Your suggestions are appreciated. I would like to buy a skimmer once this time around. |

yes the mini should handle the load. Also look into the new SWC cone skimmers, ATB. Both should work better than the reeflow on your tank

Don't forget about checking out the new Warner Marine cone skimmers. But out of those I would say the BK would be your best bet
