I need some new mh reflectors and have been reading everything i can find on them lately. I narrowed my choices down to the lumen brite and the lumenmax elite. today i finally decided on the LM elites, can't wait to get them going. This was pretty helpful for me-

why did you chose the elites over the lb?

After reviewing the data in the link i posted, i came to the conclusion that the LB mini or LME would be best for my tank b/c it is only 18" wide. I have sublight supply ballasts, so the LME is plug and play, and i kind of like the new hammertone material in the LME, that is supposed to stop hot spots. The good news is either of them will be great, so you can't really make a bad decision. If you have a canopy i would go with the LME, if you don't have a canopy they will both work great.
