Yes. Salifert flatworm exit will take care of them.

Worse still, it's not red. Red flatworms are a nuisance, but don't eat corals. This one might.

I agree that those don't look like the more common Planaria that's a pain in the butt, but doesn't have an acro appetite. I'm afraid those might be AEFW, Acro Eating Flat Worms. Unless those are NOT in your tank and have already been treated. I've seen Planaria turn pure white, after being treated with Iodine.

I've had these....I probably still do, just don't see them as much anymore. I believe they're harmless...only b/c I haven't seen them adversely affect my corals.

They are not AEFW. Pictures of AEFW can be found here: http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/sh...d&pagenumber=1

it's usually the colorful ones that are actually detrimental. it's most likely harmless unless it reproduces so much that it covers coral and blocks out light. if you have a tank cover or canopy, get a canary wrasse and try not to feed it too much for a while. they usually eat a variety of flatworms. im not a fan of chemical warfare (like flatworm exit).
