Possibly blew my co2 gauge?

I need some insight. I have been noticing that I am running out of Co2 within a few months on my C reactor. I opened the valve by mistake the last time I had the tank filled and it "poofed" and the right gauge which is adjustable pegged. I just assumed it would be OK but the problem is I must be loosing Co2 from the blown gauge I think?

The left gauge still read the PSI in the tank so I think that works OK? My question is this? Do I need a whole new gauge or can I replace the gauge read out on the right that you adjust your pressure too? I think that is the one that blew?

If it's replaceable anyone have any links to the parts themselves?

Thanks
Spankey
