Possible infection on Coral Beauty Angel Please advise (Pictures)

I have documented some photos and I will give background and explain what the problem is.

Tank has been established for just under one year. Current inhabitants are an Ocellaris clown, Coral Beauty, and Psudochromis.

I have never had any fish fatalities or deaths except my black Ocellaris clown jumped out of the tank about a month ago.

The last fish added was that black ocellaris and he was in the tank for the past 4 months.

Coral beauty was the second fish added and has been happy in the tank for the past 6 months with no problems.

Today, I saw these brownish/copper colored spots on his side. I'm not too familiar with fish desises so I am clueless as to what this could be.

Please advise as to what this may be and if quarantine is needed.

Thank you.

You know, I just noticed that the same colored marks are on the other side just below the dorsal fin. Could this be from it squeezing through a tight spot in the rockwork? I have seen it do this before but is it possible that it just got scraped?

If so what should I do?

It could be from just swimming through the rocks.. sometimes my fish seem like they have gotten sick, but in a few days its gone. IMO its from nicking the rocks... keep an eye out on your coral beauty and see if it spreads.. for the most part it doesnt seem like it will.

If it starts to get worse or spreads would that call for an immediate quarantine?

IMO i would stick him in the QT if it gets worse just to be safe. Its a risk to leave him in their not knowing if its going to spread to others.
