Would you still use this frozen food?

So, in a "duh" moment I left my tupperware of frozen food in the refrigerator for 24 hours. This is mysis and brine shrimp. They are cold and still a little icy, but mostly thawed out. Would you refreeze it and keep using it or toss it?

In the fridge? I'd still use it. Different story if you left it on the counter.

what? throw it out, send it to me, i will use it, everytime i buy frozen food i thaw it out with warm water and clean all the chemicals and preservatives that are in it, they promote a lot of issues in my tank (diatoms, cyano, algae on glass, etc), i basically bring the frozen food to room temp, rinse it with warm water, put it in a ziplock bag, put some garlic and selcon in it, compress it, put it in the freezer, next day i break a little and feed it to my fish, been doing it for a year now with no ill effects....good luck

Thank you for all the replies... especially glad to hear you always thaw and refreeze yours, sanababit. It was the refreezing I was really worried about. It definitely stayed cold in the fridge. I went to feed tonight and was like "where's the fish food?" After I determined it was not in the freezer I looked in the fridge and said "doh!"

you will be fine chartwell, if you want you can even rinse the food before feeding you will see that the nutrient levels in your tank will lower because of all the additives you are not introducing into your tank, good luck

My usual procedure is rinse a portion of the frozen food in RO water just before feeding. Got that tip here on RC actually! :-)
What would I do without this site?!
