Which Light will produce more sps growth? MH Vs. T5

So i am debating getting a sunpod or T5 Nova extreme pro for my biocube frag tank! Which one will give me the best sps growth? I need an answer!

The new High output T5's will give the same growth and colors as Halides. Just no shimmer as the Halides produce.
