Starfish Invasion

I've always known I had some small brittle stars in my tank as their arms come out of the rockwork when I feed. But I had no idea! A couple of nights ago after the lights were out for a few hours I looked into my 65G Tall and saw at least 200 stars come out of nowhere and overtake everything in my tank. They were yellow and black striped and about 3 inches in diameter. They were piled on top of each other and crawling on everything. After marvelling at this display for a bit I went to bed. When I went back in the AM, they were all hidden again but one who had gotten stuck between some branch and the glass. At least I knew I hadn't been hallucinating. I can't believe they can find that many hiding places. Anyone else had this or any idea why they may have all come out at once and now seemingly gone dormant again? I don't even see their arms when I feed the past couple of days.

Well Harlequin Shrimp will cure the problem. However I don't recognize that starfish.
