Is actasia X safe to use w/o water change?

I have read several reviews on Actasia X that are good, but I am wondering if I were to use this product (especially in conjuntion with any other meds) would it be harmful to the fish or tank chemistry? Should we make sure to do a water change right after we use the Actasia X? I am trying to be cautious since one of our friends has used meds in the past and his fish died due to the meds. We tried natural means to get rid of the actasia by purchasing peppermint shrimp but they cannot get rid of the large actasia.

Aiptasia-X is completely reef safe. No need to do a water change after using the product. Just follow the directions and you should be fine.

I do it when I'm doing a water change just to be safe.
But i have done it without doing a water change and my tank was fine.
Just make sure to turn off all of your power heads.
