Just a shy GOBY?
So every other tank I look at gobies always seem to stand out with there corky personalities. I Have a 20H tank with 2 false percs and a pink spotted goby and I rarly see him. When I feed he comes out takes some mysis and goes right back in. Some times If no ones in the room for awhile you can catch him on some rock work but then he generally will reside back to his cave. Is this just a shy GOBY he only about 2 weeks in the tank now. Does it take some time for him to come out.
And oh yea Nothing to do with parameters becuase for once I have a tank with perfect conditions. PH 8.4 Nitrite 0 Nitrate 0 Ammonia 0 Salinity 1.027 (little high but im bringing it down) Has anyone else have this experince with them. |

Ive had a few gobies. They all pretty much hid in their little burrows. I just recently got a blue spot jawfish. Hes amazing to watch, always digging with his mouth and spitting sand clouds everywhere. similar in shape to a few gobies but with more interesting behaviors and not as reclusive!

My guys were shy at first but now spend more time out of the burrow. They get shy again for a day or two when I do work in the tank like water changes.
