t5 lighting hours?

i was wondering how long i should be running my t5 lights. i have an ATI 6x39w setup. how long should i run the actinics, and how long should i run the daylights? any info would be appreciated, thanks!

I recomend about 12 hours of actinics and 8-10 of daylights. You can start the lighting cycle anytime of the day you want, and i would make it so the lights are on when you are home most of the time. Since the tank is kind of it's own world, it doesn't matter what time of the day in our world that the lights are on or off. Just let the actinics have at least half an hour before and after the daylights come on.
