New clam/aquascape

Last week i pulled everything out of my reef and gave it a good cleaning ( i had terrible hair algae), so after the cleaning and aquascape this is what I have today.

New clam

New Blueish purple digi (looks blue under light, camera does no justice).

FTS

My attempt at a top down shot (bad).

Looks good!! Hopefully you've found and corrected the source of the algae. Otherwise, it'll just come back.

the derasa is going into a bigger tank before it gets huge dont worry about that one. The algae came from some rocks that had frags on them i believe, rocks were removed and tossed in the backyard. I took out like 10+ pounds of rock, and i think i could still take out some more .

I am having trouble getting my salinity up. its at 1.023 right now but i would like it around 1.025 or 1.026. I tried a water change and replaced the water taken out with 1.030sg water and it only raised it from 1.022 to 1.023. Any suggestions?

Instead of doing top-offs with freshwater, do it with saltwater. This will replace the fw evaporation with sw.
