little white floaty things
I have a 75 FOWLR tank; lots of fish adjustments; just caught my remaning 3 damsels with a fish trap and now they're in my QT (at last!
I have a dwarf lemonpeel angel; 1 firefish; 1 flame hawk and 2 ocellaris clowns; Whenever I shut down my equipment to do a water change - and then turn it all back on, a million little floaty things resembling mysis shrimp pop out of the inflow into the tank; the fish don't eat them and eventually they dissapear (I guess into the sand) I researched about planeria, but they are thicker than hair; they seem to be little white sticks with several short white "hairlike" growths from one end. WHAT IS IT?!!!! |

Thanks, but no, they really look like a fine white line with 2 to 4 tiny white hairs on the end. The fish have no interest. I looked at planaria, but I don't think that's it either.
