MP40 placement in my 250's

Hey all you big tank experts. I have 2 250 gallon tanks I am putting together.

First one is SPS only. I have 3 MP40s to put in here. Should I put one on each long end aimed at each other with the 3rd on the back pointing towards the front. OR Should I just place all 3 on the back facing the front. I was going to run these on the reef crest cycle.

Second one is LPS only. I only have 2 MP40's for it. Should I run them both on ends or on back. I was planning on running these on the lagoon cycle.
