MH reflector help

I want to upgrade the lighting of my 48"x24"x24" tank, but I only have 8" of space from the inside of the canopy to the water surface (it's an AGA canopy). I was thinkig of getting 2, 250w LumenarcIII minis w/ mogul socket (14.5" x 14.5" x 6.5").

Would this be enough coverage and light intensity for an SPS tank?

Also, what is the best way to mount these inside a canopy?

Any help would eb greatly appreciated
