upgraded to bigger tank, cycle

I had an aquapod 12 with about 15 lbs of live rock. I have upgraded to a 55 gallon. In the 55 I put my live rock from the ap12 along with another 20 lbs of live rock purchased at the lfs about 5 miles away and new "live" packaged sand. I seeded that sand with about 2 cups of sand from the ap and put in a little of the water. Its been about 2 years since I set the aquapod up so my question for the 55 is what now? Do I need to just wait and the cycle will start or should I force a cycle with a shrimp or will I have much of a cycle at all? Any help is always appreciated.

The 20 lbs of live rock should give you a small cycle, I don't think you need to force the issue with shrimp. You know the routine, watch your ammonia and nitrite.
