Who's cracked a tank?

One year ago this month, I started my first reef tank. Things went beautifully for the first six months before the dreaded phone call and a wet carpet. It was heartbreaking, but I knew I wanted to try again and kept my equipment. I'm determined not to make the same mistakes again, and certainly not the biggest of all.

So who's had a tank crack, and how/why did it? Stand torque? Flaw(s)? Please share if you know of someone who had it happen, even if not you personally.
