UV Sterilizer on Quarantine

Would this be a good option rather than hypo or copper? If I use an oversized sterilizer shouldn't this achieve the same goal?

No because in order for your theory to work everything will need to be passed thru the UV. There is no way to force everything thru. Something is always going to be missed.
