T5 actinic question

Will a 3:1 actinic to daylight ratio be bad for my corals? I hear some people like to keep these going, but usually supplement with MH lighting or such. I have only 4 T5 bulbs to play with and am wondering which bulbs to buy.

Tank is 40 gallons with a mix of easy LPS and SPS. I care most about the health of my birdsnest.

what kind of corals?
if you like the blue look, you would likely want to go with something like ATI blue+ instead of pure actinic, it is a very blue bulb with some actinic phosphors but a lot more PAR.
you could go:
blue+
75/25 (75% daylight/ 25% actinic)
aquablue (a mostly white bulb, with slightest blue tint)
blue+
