Does anyone know what the white and redish orange things are they are both alive and moving slow. Tank has been up and running for alittle over a year and have never been seen. Good or bad?

Do they move to different locations? or do they sway with the current?

They are moving around. And if i put the flash light on them they jump.

The orange looks like a spiggetti worm, but I never seen them in that color. I don't know about the white one.
