Question Another Lighting Question

Yep... Another one. lol.

Any who, In the coming months I'll be making a 10gallon nano. Just keeping your basic Livestock. Some Zoos, Mushrooms, GSP, and Palythoa. Fish will be one pistol shrimp/goby pair and a Fridman's.

I've done research and been to several lfs (all of which specialize in Marine fish. no freshwater). Some say T5, some say LEDs, and some say halide.

So I figured I'd pop in here and get your Input while Im at it before I make a decision.

If that is all you want to keep then you could go for PCs and they will grow fine. However Ill bet your going to want to try some other stuff once you watch that stuff grow. On a 10 gallon tank I would go with T5s myself. I dont think the LEDs are worth the money at this time. In the future this may be different but for now I think its to early. You could do MH and keep just about anything you wanted. Mhs run hot and with such a small tank you may have heating issues.

Man Handlers.

Metal halide and they are way overkill on a nano tank. PC is easy to fit on a 10 but T-5 will work better if they will fit the hood.
