This one is at my place, We need to make room for the 180 this tank is brand new all the plumbing is done. It has 2 1.5in drains and a 1in return the canopy is home made the stand is an AGA the sump is a brand new 20L it comes with silicone and 4 baffles (you can glue it how you want it) theres also 150lbs of sand in the tank (dry) bring a truck its big

skimmer is a coralife ss65 the cup has a crack in it but still works fine rio pump

$300 sounds fair enough to me!!
