LOL, BTW guys, the water is green because of a mix of nitrofurazone and malachite green. It doesn't make the skimmer go nuts like some additives....aka microbe-lift XTreme!!!!

Wait, you are using malachite green? Interesting, do you use methelyne blue as well? I used those a lot with fresh water but I was told they are unacceptable for use in salt? What are your thoughts? Suitable for fish only tanks?

I don't use methylene blue, but I do use formalin as well as the things I listed..haha and even a few more. Just didn't mention it or any of the others because they are clear.

This is a bare bottom, bio ball, fish only holding system. It is very new, but to be honest has been the most successful marine system I have ever had so far! The problem with it is I don't think anything but fish could survive in there, although I have seen brine shrimp make it 24 hours....

I just moments ago started injecting the skimmer with ozone. I am liking what I am seeing come out already.

I m going to build a new top and post some updated pics later.

Well if jesus was going to show up anywhere I doubt he'd choose a bucket of fish poop.

What? A Grilled Cheese sandwich is more appropriate?

Just a side note. It is cool and the setup is sweet too. But if I tried to talk my wife into allowing me to capture fish crap in a five gallon bucket under my stand she would have me praying for Jesus. How some of you guys get away with these set-ups is beyond me. Awesome!
