Feeding and Dosing Help

I have a 40 gal tank and 15 gallon sump which has about 7-8 G of water volume. I have cheato in the mid baffle with some sand and rip rap LR.

The display has about 80-90 Lb of LR, I have a 4X24 t5 fixture

Corals: Zoas, shrooms, GSPs, xenia and 3 types of leathers

Fish 1 BG Chromis, 2 Oc. Clowns, 1 Yellow Watchman, 1 Hawkwreath

Also 1 cleaner Shrimp, several snails and crabs.

Now that you have all the info. I am hoping to get some thoughts/ideas on feeding and dosing.

I am currently feeding 50mg brine, 50 mg mysis, 50 mg rotifers once a day.

I bought Kent marine Zoo plex and refrigerated phyto plankton (forgot what brand)

I had the zooplex before and was feeding 2-3 times a week about 5-6ml.

I am thinking of the same for the phyto plankton.

Does this seem like a good plan or what are your suggestions.

I also dose about 5ml of Pro Buffer and 5 ml of Iodine once a week.

Water changes are done every 2 weeks and esentially replace the volume of the Christmas Tree stand.

Nitrites are 0

Nitrates range from 15-40 PPM

alk stays in the buffer

PH from 7.8-8.4

Temp 77-79

Thanks in advance

Lofty
