Question Octopus on 10 gallon

A few questions for Octopus HOB owners..

Any opinions on using one of these on a 10 gallon I'm going to set up? Would the octopus be too much skimmer for the volume?

I'm thinking this would be the main means of circulation, in addition to skimming to help water quality.

Also, I'm getting the ADA 45-P dimensions 18" long, 10.5" wide, 12" inches tall.

I would like to install the Octopus on the side (10.5" wide), but am not sure if it's possible because of the light fixture I'm going to use (Nova Extreme SLR T-5 Fixtures 18" x 5-1/2"), it has the legs that rest on the edges length wise, and I'm thinking the octopus hangs in a way that it sits a little away from the tank, allowing for room between the light fixture.

Any thoughts on which octopus, if any, would work setting the tank up like this?

Thanks
