Spectrapure Liquid Level Controller

Does anyone know if the Spectrapure LLC can sense a 1" drop in the water level anywhere along the height of the sensor, not just at the end? I would like to submerge the sensor more than the 1" I currently have into the water in my sump.

I would post this question on Spectrapure's forum. Each RC sponsor has a board here.

I have one and it depends completely on the air pressure in the pipe when you put it in the water. It is pretty easy to adjust. I have had mine for almost two years with no issues.

I have two of these but have never tried to adjust the shut-off point on the tube. However, I see no reason why this couldn't be done. You would just need to disconnect the air tube from the main control unit and then submerge the unit to the where you want control to start. You would then reconnect the air tube to the control unit.
