Chiller suggestions!
Im looking for a chiller for my reef. Total water volume is around 120gal. What hp rating chiller do i need? Im planning on setting it to turn on at 82. The room temp can get into the hi 80's. I imagine it might have to bring tank temp down 4 to 8 degrees while ambient temp is in the hi 80's. Can anyone recomend some nice chillers?

Save yourself some cash and use fans connected to a controller instead.

I have a 1/3 hp JBJ chiller I use for about 110 gallons.
I am very happy with the performance.

+1 on chiller not needed. I have a 125 with 40 gallon sump running 3x250w MH's and don't use a chiller.

i have been running the tank with no chiller so far and the temp has been ok. However it hasnt been as hot as it will be during the summer and i might have to go a couple weeks without air conditioning due to house reconstruction. Maybe i can rent a chiller from somewhere.
