I am looking to get a RO unit and I am not sure if I need to get a RO/DI unit. I have a 44 gal tank (fish only)
If you know from experience please share, also if anyone has an good recommendations for RO units for a good price. thanks. |

I would go ahead and get a full RO/DI unit. Its not much more expensive. The only think that might rack up a lil change would be replacing the DI resin. thefilterguys.biz have really good deals on filters and media as well as full units and modifications you can do to the unit.

RO/DI for sure. Your looking for an end result of 0 TDS. The DI stage will get you there.
