Cool Ebay bulbs

I tried 3 vendors on Ebay looking for a true 20K HQI bulb. They all turned out to be anywhere from 65K - 12K at best. I thought I would try one more time and bought some from Proaquarium. I got two 20K 250 Watt hqi for under 50 bucks with shipping. Although it hasn't been that long I am REALLY IMPRESSED with the color rendition. Several other people that bought them have said the same things.

So essentially you paid about $200 including all the new 6500k bulbs you have sitting in the junk box =\

The ebay bulbs I got were pretty nice but only lasted a few months so the cost savings were not there. Hope these are better. Also you should revive this thread in a few months to let us know what the long term satisfaction rating is.

Your going to need to post pics with a thread like this :P

Embarrasing to say I don't have a digital camera.
