Q's about lighting my 10 gallon nano...?

I started this tank with the idea that it would just be a FOWLR, but now that it's been up and running around 3 months and the param's have been checking out very well for about 7 weeks I'm thinking of taking the plunge into some softies.
I already have an AGA 55w pc fixture and was wondering if that would be too much light?
I'm currently running 2 10 watt screw in self balasted pc's but 2 watts per gallon isn't enough is it? The AGA fixture would bump me up to 5.5 watt's per gallon and all I'd have to buy is a 50/50 bulb. I suppose my question is will the 55w pc be enough? I want to keep this tank running, while I build a 75 gallon system over the next few months and I'd like to have some frags ready by the time the larger tank is ready for them. Thanks in advance guy's.

The AGA fixture sounds perfect, just get the 50/50 bulb and you're set. You could keep softies and LPS.

Do you think that I'll have algae issues with 5.5 watts per gallon?
