Ich, fin rot, flukes.....i don't know

Can someone please help me identify what is on my clown. Just bought two true percs four days ago. On day two the bigger of the two (approx 1.5") looked all beat up. Scales all messed up, looks like there are flukes around the gills, maybe some ich, fin rot on the dorsal fin??? I will have to post pictures.
They are in a 20 gal QT with my yellow tang - some base rock, pvc, & powerhead.
Please help!!!
Thank you

I didn't even think of brooklynella. Thanks. I'll check into it.

I just googles some online pictures. It doesn't really look like brooklynella. No slime or lesions. I'll keep looking.
Do you have any other suggestions?

I am currently treating them for fin rot. After reading up on all the links that Adrianne gave me, I am still somewhat baffled about the discoloration & maybe rot of the dorsal fin. Any help on that I'd would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
