Shocking! My Korlia nano problem

My Korilia Nano is shocking the tank when I stick my hand in I get shocked. It has no ground plug on it, so should I

A. Get a new pump

B. Get a grounding probe.

Contact Hydor. They will send you a new one. I had the same issue with the number 4's and they replaced both of them.

Current Tank Info: 5 pieces of glass with some silicone and plastic frames holding them together
