Target feeding

How do you guys target feed your corals?
I have hammer, bubble, frogspawn, and ricordia i would like to proliferate.
shrimp of phyto plankton?

I didn't take them from the sea, but I didn't put them back either.
Gettin zoo'd with my zoos!!

Current Tank Info: 55G Reef, 20G Guppy, and a 35 Gal carp pond in the back yard for the wife.

cyclopeze is very easy and most coral take it very well. I use it for all my LPS and some shrimp/ mussle/ oyster bits for the ones with larger polyps.
