is this enough light?

iv had saltwater tanks before but this is the first one i want to keep some soft corals..... the tank i have set is a small 10 gallon tank currently i have about 13lbs of rock and a small skimmer that can skim a 30gallon tank and idk if its necessary but i have a small carbon filter in it too now on to the lights

i have (screw bulbs)
two 13W compact fluorescent and hey both are 6500k
one 25w compact fluorescent and that is a 5000k
one fluorescent that is for the antec 420 (coral life 18"bulb)

is this enough for anything? or enough for some real coral?
