Exclamation Help! Sick Bi color angel.

I purchased a bi color angel over a month ago. I acclimated to my tank, he was eating and doing good. Yesterday I cleaned my power heads by soaking in water and vinegar then rinsing well. (I don't know if that has anything to do with it).

Today he is lying on the sand barely moving. What do I do?

Thanks.

ph is 8.2
Ammonia 0
Nitrates 20
Salinity 1.024
Temp 80.

Only other fish are 2 clowns that appear fine. Hermits, cleaner shrimp, and snails all seem fine also.

FWIW...vinegar and water would do nothing like that.
Maybe the fish has some internal parasite, was it thin?
It's my daughter's 12th today also.

You know what... He is pretty thin. He would eat but not alot. He is under a rock and doesn't look like he is moving.

Just curious, what were you feeding him?
I don't really know alot about internal parasites.
Sometimes these things just happen.Sometimes I think it's because of the way they're caught.
Was the fish breathing heavy?Ph is up so aeration should be fine.
How old are the powerheads, any chance of electrical current in the tank?

Well he didn't make it.

The powerheads are 1 year old. I don't think there is any electrical current. At least I don't feel it when I put my hand in. Plus they are plugged into a GFCI. He was eating formula 2 marine pellets, some frozen mysis, and some flakes. He would only eat like one or 2 pieces then just look at the food as it floated by.

My guess would be a parasite. I know I should have QT him. Next time I definatly will. Is there something I could give my clowns as a precaution?

Thanks again.
