Flameback pygmy Angel ok in a 44g?

We have a 44g that currently houses 2 false percs, a cleaner shrimp and 15-20 lbs of live rock. I'm seeing differing information about the minimum tank size for a flameback pygmy angel, which is what we would like to get next.

Do you think 44g is sufficient for this fish?

I dont see size being a problem, but I have not had good success with any of the three Flames I have tried, I think a Coral Beauty would be a better choice, but this is just my opinion, others may feel different about the Flame

Yes, but may be fully stocked with fish after that, or close to it.
I have a Flame Angel, great fish, btw

How long have you guys had yours? I have tried three and they all have stoped eating after a few months no matter what I tried to feed

Thanks for the feedback everyone! Just to clarify, the fish we are looking at is a Flameback, not a Flame. It's about the same size (3 in max), just wanted to make sure this doesn't change anything.
