JBJ Lighting's Customer Service...
After my Arctica Mini chiller decided to stop working (it over heated inside my JBJ "specially vented" stand, made especially to house this unit), I had to begrudgingly pay for it to be shipped off to JBJ in Cali for repair. It was still under the 1 year warranty (interestingly enough, JBJ has since amended their manual, warning against keeping the unit inside the stand, due to heat issues--hooray for R&D!).
So it's bad enough that I lost and continue to lose livestock due to overheated tank water. But would you believe it's been a month, and JBJ still has not repaired my Chiller?? This in spite of their claiming, in writing, that they have a 72 hr turn-around time repairing products under warranty. To make matters even worse, they do not return my calls or emails. Anyone have any advice or like experiences with this company?? I hate the fact that they can get over like this, treating their customers like garbage, obviously to no consequence. I wonder at this point if they will ever return my chiller! Crooks! |
